Kohler-Andrae State Park Experience

Our little family enjoyed our time at Kohler-Andrae State Campground.

They have pretty modern and new hookup amenities for glamping. We camped in our Airstream for five days.

There were more than enough activities to do between hiking, hanging out at the beach, and the campsite throughout our stay.

All the walking / hiking trails are well-maintained. The body of clear water was quite wavy to go out for a swim but it was amazing for little ones to play on the shore! Our toddler sure enjoyed it!

The hike along the coastline on the boardwalk was relaxing and easy. It was a perfect level for our little family — especially for our little hiker on training. She also loved the marsh / bog walk!

Overall, it was quite a positive experience for a little nature adventure near the city!
